  • Contribute to the economic development of the Division by advising its Senior Management on the best economic and financial choices
  • Lead and develop budgets and financial forecasts (trends) in collaboration with business: P&L, Overheads, Balance Sheet, Working Capital; understand how these elements relate to achievement of overall business & financial targets
  • Sets objectives, goals and targets; recommend changes in strategic directions
  • Arbitrate between the objectives of the different brands of the Business Units are balanced so that each one may contribute equitably to the results of the Division
  • Ensure that the Group's Standards (financial, accounting, and Group management) and those pertaining to Internal Control are applied
  • Safeguard the reliability of the reports drawn up by his/her Division for the Country, APAC and Group
  • Ensure that his/her Division's major contractual commitments are economically and legally pertinent
  • Implement processes, Group systems and procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance, and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group's Standards
  • Ensure that the procedures and good practices pertaining to Internal Control are applied and respected
  • Optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken in accordance with the standards and good practices set down by Internal Control by maintaining constant links with his/her contacts (e.g. customer benefits, value analysis, cost analysis, POS advertising, etc)



  • Major in Accounting/Finance/Business or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience; preferably in the FMCG or retail industries
  • Strong analytical and business sense; ability to be a business partner to business divisions
  • Self-starter and motivated; ability to be hands on 
  • Less experienced candidates can be considered as Brand Management Controller
