We have a suitable opening in the Consumer Product Division for the role of E-commerce Merchandiser based in Mumbai. You come with a relevant experience of 2 – 4 years in ecommerce merchandising. In this individual contributor role, you will oversee the management of site content, functionality of website, brand profitability and analysis. Applicants from the industry of Consumer goods, FMCG and Retail will be advantageous.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure the right brand presence of the L’Oreal Consumer Product Division’s current and new brands on any eTailing site
  • You will ensure end to end cataloging right from correct visuals as per L’Oreal E Commerce Guidelines and in conjunction with the sku data as per site requirements
  • You will collaborate with marketing to ensure sanctity of content and collateral for the right consumer facing representation of our products
  • You will liaise with etailers to drive on site presence, content and campaign deliverables
  • You will work with the digital marketing teams to set traffic, conversion and sales numbers on eTailing sites
  • You will liaise with the creative agency to create eComm specific content to enable faster and more favorable purchase decisions by a consumer
  • You will liaise with the media agencies to drive brand visibility by paid media means and to calculate effective return on visibility
  • You will lead new initiatives like Get The Look, Integrating Makeup with Fashion, Hair Color Lifetime Value among others

 

Key Deliverables:

  • EComm content management including creation, uploads
  • Drive onsite presence, visibility and merchandising on key campaigns like Cannes, Amazon India Fashion Week, Men’s Grooming store etc. to help deliver business objectives
  • Ecomm traffic conversions
  • Analysis of traffic and presence on the eTailer sites
  • Scorecard on new initiatives from a content and merchandising perspective
  • Regular site wise comparative and glide path on movement of content and merchandising modification

 

Key Competencies:

  • Knowledge of makeup and makeup marketing would be preferred
  • Understanding of digital and tech is the key

 

Key Relationships:

  • Internal Stakeholders – E-merchandising, sales planning, digital and brand marketing, supply chain, finance, global and zone ecommerce teams
  • External Stakeholders – E-tailer buying and category teams, etailer marketing and content teams, supply chain and finance teams

 

Education:
