E-Retail Manager – Lancôme & Clarisonic

What are key highlights of this role?

 

As an E-Retail Manager, you will create and lead the brand E-Retail strategy, steering and supporting the commercial team to plan, manage and execute E-Retail growth plans and continuously raise the bar in the digital space with our retail partners.  You will also be responsible for managing the Pure Player accounts, using best practices from your account management as well as your digital expertise to upskill the sales and marketing teams on key levers and winning formulae for E-Retail.

 

Accountabilities:

 

  • Be the expert in E-Retail, nurturing close relationships with our retailers, international teams and within the brand to lead the E-Retail strategy, brand growth and to be best beauty partner to work with online
  • Be ‘Brilliant at Basics’, driving the more technical elements with our retailers to ensure the brand is winning at search, has strong visibility, enhanced content, activities and is at the forefront of trends
  • Account Management of Pure Players and reviewing any new online business opportunities
  • Strong collaboration with the National Accounts team to provide recommendations to drive e-Retail growth across all retailers, building holistic e-Retail plan of the brand, with distinct retailer strategies
  • Ensure clear forecasting, trending and reporting for E-Retail; flagging weekly risks and opportunities to Senior Management. Tracking and reporting against KPI’s
  • Use industry tools, internal and retailer data to provide analysis, ROI and insights to the brand
  • Enhance processes within the brand at local and international level to ensure seamless E-Retail execution
  • Lead projects and activities that will create a point of difference for our Retailers, driving traffic to their website and market share gains for the brand
