Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for E-Com Pure Media On-Platform Budget allocation
  • Builds and owns the strategy to win on platform
  • Analyses data of store operations and retailer platform
  • Analyses 3rd party data of platform execution and competitive monitoring (Edge)
  • Brings the platform team together under a clear vision
  • Drives the E-JBP process with their platforms
  • Validates bottom-up activity and resource plan to deliver Sell out and Sell in objectives
  • Delivered the monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Delivers the annual platform profit target (Client contribution)
  • Provide action plan for c2c challenge
  • Manages the platform team
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
  • Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, etc)
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
  • Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant Digital / E-Commerce Qualification
  • 5 years Digital / E-Commerce experience mandatory
  • Strong negotiation skills
