Coordinate all activities and processes involved in a personnel pay and administration department.



  • Manage the operations team while remaining aware of developments in expertise and skills.


  • Manage and monitor the budget OPEX

  • Build and Maintain the legal and the governmental authority relashionship

  • Maintain the Expat relationship with respect to the Egyptian labor law

  • Handle the internal and external investigations

  • Handle HR Policies and procedures implementation and follow up to ensure sustainability of HR all practices

  • Responsible of managing the HR yearly projects.

  • Ensure and supervise pay completion and verification processes, determine payment schedules while taking responsibility for compliance.

  • Supervise and Ensure the Administration of L’Oreal Services and benefits with compliance of the safety and quality guidelines.

  • Verify and validate social declarations and validate instructions for transfers relating to pay.

  • Draft and update the procedures and checks associated with matters of administrative management and pay.

  • Respond to mandatory inquiries, and to internal and external checks and audits. - Analyze data and consolidate social indicators.

  • Consolidate accounting data and liaise with fiscal and financial departments.

  • Advise human resources manager on matters relating to pay and administration.

  • Provide employees with personalized advice on topics linked to personnel administration.

  • Align internal practices with local labor laws.

  • Accompany organizations’ adaptation projects while complying with legal provisions.

  • Promote dialogue with personnel representatives in order to facilitate acceptance of change.

  • Take responsibility for social monitoring and promote communication on collective systems.

  • Accompany HR operations in conducting projects of a social and collective nature.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Administration & Accounting

  • 8-12 years of Professional HR Experiences in Personnel and Payroll in FMCG, at least 2 years in a managerial position

  • SAP user Expert

  • Excellent Communication and leadership skills

  • Proven track of Strategic vision and Leadership thinking

  • Innovation and Integration Personality is a must
