L’Oréal Academies:
Education is a key priority for the Professional Products division of L’Oreal and our Academies provide enhanced educational offerings for salon professionals. Our dual coast strategy with state of the art facilities will ensure we have maximum reach of stylists and is a hub focused on hairdressing education and training. It provides a space for stylists from around the world to learn and collaborate, with a focus on creativity and the future of hairstyling. The academy offers a range of programs, including signature education courses for all levels, as well as specialized training in areas like color, cutting, and balayage.
What You Will Learn:
This Academy Manager a highly operational role requiring strong organizational, logistical, and interpersonal skills. This individual is essentially the "Host" of the L'Oréal Academy, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.
Customer Service and Program Preplanning:
Workshop/Program Setup and Class Execution:
Catering and AV Support:
Facility Maintenance and Vendor Management:
Management and Supervision:
This Academy Manager role requires a highly organized individual with strong logistical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential for success.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $98,400-$140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
