Reporting to the Head of MIS, he/she is responsible to analyze, plan, organize, manage and follow up internal/external resources in order to deliver the project/program within the defined standards, budget, deadlines and quality requirements. Program refers to the build of a global solution (composed of different projects, both in technologies & infrastructures and applications). Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall objectives for the project/program,
  • Defining and monitoring the project/program plan, budget, KPI’s and metrics, activities, methodologies, resource and responsibilities allocation (internal/external),

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems
  • 5 - 8 years relevant working experience as business analyst & project management in IT
  • Technical competencies required:
    • Infrastructure & Development:
      • Having understanding on LAN, WAN, network security
      • Having understanding on Windows Server family ( 2003, 2008 & 2012 )
        • MS Exchange
        • MS WSUS
        • BES Server (optional)
        • Symantec Backup Exec
        • MS SQL Server families
        • SharePoint
        • Office 365
        • SSL Certificate knowledge
    • Basic CISCO command
    • Understanding of:
      • DR process
      • CUCM and IP Phone
      • software development methodology (waterfall, adhoc, etc.)
    • Possess technical knowledge of : .Net Framework environment, MS. SQL, stored procedure, SSIS, etc.
  • Superb communication skills in English & Indonesian (written and spoken) since the role involves explaining technical details to non-technical counterparts
  • Ability to interact well with both internal & external parties, not only building strong network but also mobilizing it
  • Able to work with and manage cross functional teams
  • Excellent knowledge of project and change management methods
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high attention to details and focus towards results
  • Displays creativity, critical thinking, problem solving & negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt well to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, takes initiative & self driven
  • Decisive in decision making
  • Possess financial planning Skill
  • Digital and E-commerce experience is advantageous
