Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will be an individual contributor position responsible to manage end to end the L’Oréal High Flyer Internship Program and the Management Trainee program by L’Oréal. Starting from attraction, recruitment, program management, coaching, up until graduation and future career progression. A big part of this role is to also carry out campus activities to attract and recruit talents so will have to be able to identify the right channels and build strong relationships with Universities, Professors, Young Talent Organization/ Forums. As L’Oreal values their young talents that will pipeline future leaders in the company, this role will have high exposure to top management as young talent programs are high priority in L'Oreal Indonesia. Within this role you are expected to utilize various skills, ranging from but not limitted to recruitment, development, talent management, marketing, sales and project management.

Requirements:
- Min. holds bachelor degree (open for any field)
- min 4 years related working experience
- Prior experience in managing young talent programs (MT's), employer branding and building relationships with campuses would be advantageous
- High English Fluency 
- Structured, sharp & concise communication skills
- Experienced in managing Top Management as stakeholders
- Strong project management, highly organized, can manage complexity with high attention to detail
- a go getter & up for challenges
- Brings prositive energy to the team and employees in the program
- Stays up to date and relevant towards the business
- Resourcefull, agile and seeks for creative solutions
- Digitally savy, up to date with current social media trends
- Ability to use design & video applications is advantageous (Adobe etc.)
