What we'll do together:

As a Graphic Designer under the Active Cosmetics Division of L'Oreal, you will support the US SkinCeuticals Brand team! You’ll assist all functions with various creative needs including marketing and retail, ecommerce, PR and social, education, etailers, sales, medical affairs, and internal needs. This includes, but not limited to, materials such as product launch assets, promotions, kits, invitations, emails, website, digital advertising, sell sheets, and presentations. In addition, you will assist in reproducing assets for new Flagship and SkinLab locations and editing pre-existing assets. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all materials as well as packaging and releasing mechanicals.

 What your day will look like:

 RETAIL

  • Create buildout assets for new flagships as well as National Accounts such as Custom signage, regimen cards, menus, glorifiers, displays, mailers, ads, invitations, planograms, web assets, promotions, opening packages, etc.)
  • Revamp and edit pre-existing flagship assets – materials will be similar to ones listed above

MARKETING

  • Assist in adaptation of marketing materials such as commercial offers, custom assets, direct mail, medical detailing, posters, consumer brochure, product sleeve, sell sheet, testerbar, sample pack, window visual, promotions,
  • Create and/or edit tradeshow graphics, ads, education materials, internal presentations

DIGITAL

  • Resize web assets
  • Create or edit emails, banner ads, mailers, etailer assets
  • Create social posts – static, animated GIFS, and video

 What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design + 5 years experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects a plus), PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
