Key Job Accountabilities
 
To define and steer strategy of the brand business consistent with the international brand positioning and priorities to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
 
1. Strategy: Define and steer the brand's marketing plan, consistent with international brand positioning, relevantly adapted to Hong Kong consumers
 
2. Planning: Manage the collection and analysis of consumer, competitive activities and market insights for the make-up category
  • Share findings to ensure the consistency of new product development with HK's needs
  • Make recommendations
3. Manage Implementations: Monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products' renewal and animation of core catalog)
  • Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Define and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
  • Mobilise and collaborate with other departments (Sales, logistics, education etc.) and partner agencies
  • Monitor the local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, points of sales)
  • Manage PPP budget and sales forecast for the category
4. Management: Build, develop and manage a strong and talented team, train tem and develop their marketing expertise and know-how
 
Desired Skills & Experience
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty or retail industry
  • Strong drive to strive for excellence, flexible, creative with high learning agility
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Able to work with internal and external parties
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Fluency in English & Cantonese
