People are the core of our business, it has never been more important to find the right talent to make innovations and decisions to push the business to be the best. We are looking for a bright, articulate, passionate and energetic individual to join the L’Oréal or The Body Shop® Human Resources team as the Graduate Programme Industrial Placement. An internship is often the first step to a career with the group, as we will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Human Resources with a specific focus on talent acquisition and development. You will be involved with the attraction and selection process, making a real difference to the type of talent we source. It will be your responsibility to help manage all activities and assist your line manager, in every aspect of the junior talent recruitment campaign. You’ll get a broad view of the company, working across all divisions and functions to see how strong junior talent makes a huge impact to the success of brands. You may also get the chance to spend time with a separate function within HR such as learning and development during your internship.
