A Day in the Life Reporting directly to the CPD General Manager, you will lead our integrated, end-to-end category and business development strategy across O+O channels in Morocco.

• Category & GTM Strategy: Define the total beauty category roadmap and drive winning Go-To-Market plans.
• Retailer Collaboration: Build strategic, joint business partnerships with key retailers at a Top-to-Top level.
• Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Drive sustainable, profitable category growth.
• Merchandising Excellence: Elevate the in-store shopper experience and brand expression at the point of sale.
