The role

Work closely with the Learning Manager to coordinate and assist multiple projects across the business - L’Oreal Learning workshops throughout the year, Staff On-Boarding processes and Data and Invoice Management.  Manage key stakeholders across the business while working in a supportive Human Resources team.

 

The person

You will have a passion for Human Resource Management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills alongside an eye for detail. Presentations, data management and excel are your strengths. You like to work autonomously, enjoy problem solving, working in a fast paced team and like to show you initiative while thinking on your feet.
