You will...

• Develop TikTok & Shopee affiliate marketing execution plan
• Onboard and manage Affiliator with different tiering and reach across various categories 
• Grow list of existing Affiliators database. 
• Establish & maintain relationship with Affiliator
• Create and execute marketing programs for Affiliator
• Cross-collaboration and coordination with different teams to build and maintain creator ecosystem
• Recap and measure Affiliator performance and result

You have...

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Have min. 3 years experience in a related role (used to work with influencers or agencies is preferred)
• Experience in managing a team is preferred
• Fluent in English, both speaking and written
• Able to speak Mandarin is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, a data-driven person and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
