Are you a digital native with a passion for beauty and a knack for building relationships? L'Oréal is seeking a driven Junior Affiliate Manager to boost online sales and brand awareness through strategic affiliate partnerships. 

You will...

  • Drive Online Sales & Awareness: Partner with e-KAMs to develop and execute innovative affiliate marketing strategies, leveraging data and insights to maximize ROI.
  • Affiliate Acquisition & Management: Lead the selection, outreach, and onboarding of new affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Continuously monitor performance, providing feedback and support to optimize results.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key affiliates, acting as a primary point of contact and fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CDMO team on the value match process, ensuring seamless integration and efficient campaign execution. Coordinate product delivery to affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Liaise with MCN to strategize, plan, negotiate, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for affiliates, securing favorable terms and maximizing campaign effectiveness.


You have....

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record 3-5 years of working experiences managing affiliates
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
