We have a suitable opportunity in the Corporate division for the position of  Internal Trade Control (POS & Retail Review). In this individual contributor role, you will work with the Finance Risk Management & Compliance Team, to improve all trade related processes to ensure overall health of the system that supports the sales ecosystem. You will lead and manage retail audits and ensure implement of recommendations. You should have atleast 4-5 years of professional experience in Commercial Merchandising. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

             Plan audits to track merchandising material from source to market

             Set up process for verification system of Counters/Boutiques/Point of Sale to better track our merchandise deployment

             Review of marketing merchandise deployment such as Testers/POS Materials in trade

             Track ageing of POS material at warehouses

             Review of process related to Feet-On-Street from hiring to payout

             Review audit observations and implementation related to merchandise activities

             Analysis on market returns of our stocks and initiate appropriate action

             Assist managers to draw up simple and effective procedures that comply with local laws, group referential and good trade practices

             Coordinate the Internal Control improvement projects

             Drive usage of Distributor Management System in the market

  • Cooperate proactively with all departments
  • Prioritise and simplify messages to obtain managers' support and stakeholders’ commitment
  • Operate with rigour, method and pragmatism, taking into account the entity's organisation and processes
  • Demonstrate a positive critical thinking to improve the level of internal control
  • Be skilled for cross functions project management and change management
