We are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager with technical, hands on background to collaborate with our Supply Chain teams through Australia and New Zealand. Leading the relationship between IT and our Supply Chain division you will drive a step change in how our IT function strategically partners the business to enable the business to deliver commercial outcomes via contemporary IT solutions. In addition, you will:

  • Manage the business relationship between the organisational IT function by acting as a central liaison point for all IT engagement across the supply chain division.
  • Review and align the IT strategy to support the overarching supply chain strategy.
  • Ensure that business planning incorporates IT considerations, and IT plans support business requirements and outcomes.
  • Seek to understand the supply chain business, to align IT with the business, and to promote IT capability within the supply chain teams.
  • Run projects as the Project Manager within the Supply Chain domain by leading internal and external resources
  • Embed agile project methodologies into the supply chain IT environment.

About You

You will be an experienced IT Business Partner who has managed key supply chain relationships within the FMCG or Retail environments. You are able to bridge technical IT knowledge taken from your work on SAP systems specifically SD, MM and WM with the ability to understand, engage and gain and buy in from stakeholders at all levels of our business. Bringing project management methodologies to life you will be able to tailor your approach to suit your client group. Tertiary qualifications and relevant certifications will be an advantage.
