THE ROLE:



L'Oreal UKI is seeking a dynamic, results driven Integrated Communications Director with the creative flair and leadership to drive and oversee all components of digital, social and PR campaign development; including implementation and measurement and ensuring all communications efforts – from PR, to marketing, to visual, to social media are working together in harmony

 


Key elements to your role:



  • Develop and direct comprehensive Integrated Marketing Communications campaigns that encompass media and influencer relations, digital communications and social media strategy
  • Oversee all components of digital, social and PR campaign development, implementation and measurement and ensure all communications efforts – from PR, to marketing, to visual, to social media are working together in harmony
  • Leverage channels to impact customer journey and influence purchase decisions (consumer insights, consumer touch points, consumer journey)
  • Drive anticipation and excitement for product launches  and brand activity across all communication platforms owned, paid and earned
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key influencers and desired media outlets to up-weight brand penetration and SOV
  • Oversee the execution of all brand events, launches and spokesmodel activity
  • Direct the development and execution of the content calendar to up-weight brand engagement and influence positive branded social discussions
  • Identify truly strong agonistic ideas that can be applied across any and all touch points
  • Lead and manage all agency, spokesmodel and partner relationships to ensure delivery of timely integrated 360 campaign
