  • Full-time opportunity at our Melbourne Head office to commence asap

  • Manage and direct our outsourced accounts payable department on all accounts payable processes from start to end
  • Monitor and review performance and escalate deficiencies 
  • Assist with queries and ensure all invoices are processed
  • Perform major supplier reconciliation, follow up on outstanding items and ensure items are actioned quickly
  • Perform cost allocations for specific supplier invoices and drive continuous improvement
  • Complete weekly payment runs and monthly reporting
  • Ensure high priority invoices and payments are received and made on time
  • Incoming queries from internal or external parties to be answered and resolved on a daily basis


Ideally, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be a reliable worker and use your initiative to problem solve quickly. A relationship driven and hands on approach will be necessary, to be able to improve processes while managing a busy workload. An intermediate level of excel skills will be required with a high attention to detail.
