  • Providing administrative assistance to the team
  • Plans the organization of departmental meetings and assist in the coordination of events
  • Draws up and maintains presentation files with updated marketing data
  • Communicate with external service providers and creative agencies
  • Create marketing collateral and artwork
  • Extracts and interprets sales data from spreadsheets
  • Attends meetings with internal stakeholders such as the PR and Sales team
  • Maintains brand websites and social medias
  • Assists with community management


You are an ambitious, passionate and dedicated individual with experience within a similar role in a similar environment. In addition, you have completed or are currently pursuing a degree in the marketing/communications field.  The ideal skills and attributes required to fulfil this role:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident with data handling and interpretation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Have a confident and proactive approach towards day to day tasks and projects
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willing to deal with ambiguity and handle challenges
