Implement the Loreal luxe digital strategy in respect with brand policy and challenge, lead accelerating digital media capability and support the whole division to drive e-commerce sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

・Reach new online audiences at key consumer journey moments through an optimized digital media strategy and plan so that to support driving online D2C sales across Loreal luxe brands
・Plan and use an efficient digital media mix to deliver our contents to the right audience at the right time through the right channels within budget
・Maximize our reach through digital media by leveraging brand media activities enabling positive spiral on each brand's PESO; Paid Media, Earned Media, Social Media and Owned Media
・Support brand digital team & online D2C team in creating and executing an integrated digital media strategy and plan
・Support online D2C team for accessing SEO configuration in order to maximize quality factor which matter for SEA across Loreal luxe brands
・Day-to-day coordination, execution, management of media agency, and directing/supporting online D2C team for day-to-day their digital media management so that to execute our digital media strategy in media where we need to win.
・Constantly track and optimize our digital performance and provide dashboad if relevant
・Explore new digital media, channel, techniques and apply them to the daily work through test & learn
・Implement global playbooks, e.g. precision marketing in to our day-to-day life in Loreal luxe context and be act as a gate keeper for digital media up-skilling across Luxe digital metiers

・Partner closely with Brand, Digital & CRM teams in country
・Partner closely with Country CDO team
・Partner closely with Regional Digital team

CORE Skills & Experience

・University degree or equivalent
・3-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing
・Experience in FMCG. Experience in Digital Advertising Agency is a strong asset
・Excellent communication, dynamic and pro active
・Native in Japanese and business level in English
・Highly collaborative personality
・Luxury business fit and understanding
