Key Job Accountabilities

Lead the development of best-in-class contents for indirect e-commerce platforms

* Formulate content needs from markets by collaborating closely with (retail) marketing, regional marketing and digital departments
Synthesize content needs and develop agency briefings and wireframes for e-commerce specific touchpoints (e.g. product detail page, campaign page, look tutorial etc.)
* Liaise with creative agency as the main point of contact, and supervise the production process of creative assets
* Deliver e-commerce content playbooks and assets to countries, including roll-out plans and localization instructions, in a timely manner
* Regularly update PIM/DAM product catalogue to ensure an accurate representation of brand and product on indirect e-Retail platforms
* Ensure adoption of all delivered contents by providing follow-up and support on localizing assets delivered
* Track e-commerce trends and and prepare competitor analyses to improve content development
* Develop content optimization action plans to continuously improve e-commerce contents


* Share and introduce new and inspirational ideas from outside
* Educate all DMI members on latest digital trends and assets
* Closely follow up on budget and financial procedures

Must Have Aspects

* 2-4-year experience on e-commerce, preferably with focus on indirect e-commerce
* Understanding of the beauty industry and consumer, paired with a good sense of beauty & aesthetics
* Business-level English and Mandarin Chinese language ability in speaking and writing
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* High skills for problem solving, negotiation and business development

Preferred Qualification

* Beauty industry and/or FMCG experience & passion for the beauty industry
* Understanding of the Chinese beauty consumer and market landscape
* Knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
