Job Description

Contribute to division/brand business and profitable growth, mainly through performance marketing and related various actions for E-business acquisition, also maximizing synergies with brand and related teams. Ensure marketing, communication and commercial converge towards developing the consumer experience, satisfaction and loyalty fully utilizing digital through data-driven marketing.

Support Division/Brand teams as a lead of E-Business acquisition and a digital innovator/driver to contribute to achieving Division/Brand business goals mainly in the following areas but not limited to:

 * Drive the transformation of L'Oréal from a Top/Down marketing approach focusing on awareness, to an interactive & consumer centric model; focusing on customer satisfaction & value, bringing innovation and answering expectations of consumers more and more demanding, asking for fresh information, the ability to buy wherever, whenever and whatever they want

 * E-Business Acquisition:
Lead and supervise all the acquisition activities (Search, Retargeting, Affiliate, etc.) done by E-Business team, with through understanding of each brand’s strategy and also collaborating with Brand teams
* Support E-business members to plan, execute and analyze acquisition actions for own brand
Guide, educate and support brand digital teams to take maximum advantages of brand digital actions mainly for E-Business acquisition (e.g. call-to-action)
Define and track appropriate KPI for acquisition depending on business and brand priorities
Lead acquisition result monitoring and analysis, setting up the effective scheme and framework and providing necessary analysis data, reporting and insights to other members for next actions

Ensure ROI of acquisition, depending on business and brand situations

 Drive the sense of ROI and quantitative measurement
Website Analytics:

Supervise various website analytics actions and projects, supporting E-Business members
Provide actionable insights from website analytics

* Lead data-driven marketing approach through precision marketing and digital data analysis
 Lead SEO project and actions
Lead budget building for acquisition with each brand’s E-Business and digital team
Give input/advices to brand teams on their media and related digital actions, in order to maximize the synergies between brand media and E-Business
Animate E-Business and Brand digital teams to share best practices
Manage various business and technical projects in acquisition and related areas
Create, maintain and communicate guidelines for implementation; processes & tools, templates, partnerships for acquisition and related areas
Ensure a strategic outlook among competition & other industries: trends, intelligence, experimentation in related areas
Always investigate and discover new digital innovations & practices and share with related parties
Interact with Other Divisions’ digital teams, Global and Zone digital teams to get information such as new initiatives and other markets’ best practices
Support Digital Director for various Division-level digital actions (e.g. Digital Taskforce)

 Must Have Aspects

* More than 5-year experience in Digital marketing strategy and execution, especially in acquisition in a brand or in an agency/consultancy supporting brands in a long-term relationship
Experiences of Acquisition techniques such as SEM, Affiliate, Acquisition, Precision Marketing, SEO, Social call-to-actions, etc.
Strong communication skill in Japanese and English with various parties, both spoken and written
       * Experience across multiple Digital channels and contents including search, social, email, display, video etc. plus
       * Digital project management experiences plus
       * Experience in digital system integration projects plus
       * Experience working with IT teams in digital platforms plus
       * Market research experiences plus
       * Experience in the following tools plus: GA, Google Doubleclick, Sprinklr, Searchmetrix, SimilarWeb
       *  Fluent in speaking and writing Japanese
