Job Description

To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning;
contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products

*  Implement new product launches and to maintain growth of pillar products
*  Manage product portfolio to contribute to the brand business and development
*  Contribute to local adaptation of advertisement and analyze media recommendation
*  Implement promotion s and ensure the execution of trade marketing plan and digital marketing plan
*  Develop in-depth understanding of consumer insights
*  Monitor local trends and feedback findings to regional or and global teams
*  Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts
*  Interact effectively with other departments and teams to support marketing strategies and objectives


 Must Have Aspects


*  Marketing experience at least more than 3 years
*  If not, then someone who has a very strong sense or interest of product marketing
*  Product knowledge and brand business know-how
*  Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
*  Research and market data analysis
*  English, Japanese


 Preferred Qualification

*  FMCG or cosmetic industry background
*  Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
*  Advertising and media planning knowledge
