Job Description

 *  Develop the merchandising/Promotion strategy in mass market with manager and reinforce brand imageand brand visibility in stores.
 *  Define and create the brand retail design & merchandising image at POS and conceive and implementmerchandising/promotion solutions for POS, merchandising staging in POS. 
 *  Implement merchandising/Promotional image in line with the global brand objectives.  
 *  Lead and coodinate production of 2D and 3D materials with agancy.   
 *  Manage external suppliers: designers, production teams.  
 *  Draw up merchandising/promotional plan and implementaion into the stores.
 *  Analysis of merchandising and promotional activities.
 *  Control budget incharge area and ROI for her specific activites.
 *  Respect company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity
 *  Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities.
 *  Report field/sales needs intelligence to Retail Marketing Manager / Marketing teams.

 Must Have Aspects

 *  Strong understanding of brand equity
 *  In-depth sensitivity to merchandising / POS
 *  Strong influencing and negotiating skills
 *  ROI management
 *  Design skills, aesthetic appreciation
 *  Good team player
 *  Japanese(fluent)

 Preferred Qualification

 *  Knowlegde of mass market brand business
 *  Having experience planning merchandising /retail prootions
 *  Knowledge of consumer insights
 *  Artistc sensitivity (design, color…)
 *  English (very prefered)
 *  Action-oriented, Business-oriented ・Flexibility,
 *  Tough mentally and physically stress (work pressure)
