Job Description

To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning;

* contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products
* effectively address local needs to regional or / and global teams to influence product pipeline and concept
* Implement new product launches and to maintain growth of pillar products
* deliver clear, strong communication angle to best support the launch, and drive other function for successful implement.
* Manage product portfolio to contribute to the brand business and development
* Contribute to local adaptation of advertisement and analyze media recommendation
* Implement promotions and ensure the execution of trade marketing plan and digital marketing plan
* Develop in-depth understanding of consumer insights
* Monitor local trends and feedback findings to regional or and global teams
* Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts
* Interact effectively with other departments and teams to support marketing strategies and objectives
* interact effectively with retail team to develop pillar products through daily retail activity

 Must Have Aspects

 * Marketing experience at least more than 3 years
 * If not, then someone who has a very strong sense or interest of product marketing
 * logical and strategic thinking and strong communication skill 
 * Product knowledge and brand business know-how
 * Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
 * Research and market data analysis
 * English

 Preferred Qualification

 * FMCG or cosmetic industry background
 * Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
 * Advertising and media planning knowledge
