Job Description

International visual merchandising rules creative and fast-paced development on display design related launch plan of the brand. Support the brand vision & strategy in visual merchandising setup that includes staging & event scheme development in store.
Deliver the design concept and guideline to countries, to support market needs for launches.

* Expresses and decodes brand’s image/value & sense of purpose
* In charge of appealing in -store staging display creation & event podium adaptastore to animate in a consistent launches exposure 
* Identify key messages for launch and set a clear image of the end result, and present design ideas that leads to final field implementation
* Understands & integrates market specificities
* During design propcess - actively cooperating with other department on design, such as marketing / digital / retail education  team, to develop themes and set set strategy for in store displays
* Provide design guidelines and share development  to related department & countries for implementation 
* Defines & ensures high quality standards overseeing the production , and managing schedule timely for deliverables 
* Monitor costs and work within budget
* Liaise with suppliers and source creative material elements

Must Have Aspects

* Proven visual merchandising expreience in related field (cosmetics, luxury goods, fashion) 
* Demonstrable high-level visual design skills, which includes compulsory proficiency in ; Adobe lllustrator, Photoshop, and other visual design graphic tools
* Soiled experience in graphic design, Creative and innovative thinker, having sense of scenography, color-graphic, 3 dimensional perception
* BS degree in graphic design, visual communications, product design
* Projects management skills & Organization skill
* Japanese and English bilingual in business level
* Ability to enjoy working in intematioanal/ diverse environment
