Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Develop, renovate Travel Retail Exclusive Offers, manage and drive the specific TREX catalogue for TR Asia in alignment with TRM Zone to ensure continued worldwide growth for the brand
  • Brief and follow up with Agency on TREX artwork development, make sure the artwork is in line with Brand graphic charter
  • Collaborate with Development Team and Purchasing team to make sure the final TREX packaging is in line with brand charter (e.g. font, color, paper quality, finishing etc) and group’s guideline e.g. Sustainability and Innovation
  • Collaborate with Development and Co-packing team on retro-planning of new TREX, make sure new TREX is on counter timely to drive sale
  • Collect, compare and analyze TREX in Asian market, generate insights and suggest actions based on findings to stakeholders
  • Make recommendations to management and TRM Zone on TR offers based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
  • Uphold brand equity, guarantee brand identity, and follow the Lancôme TREX graphic charter: Ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
  • Support manager on Marketing & TREX related projects 


  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing field (preferably Beauty or FMCG)
  • Experience in product development and governance
  • Good sense of aesthetic and appreciation of beauty trend and products
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Able to challenge status quo
