The Planning Associate will, under the supervision of a Sr. Demand Planner, partner with various operations and business teams to deliver 2 main initiatives: Catalogue rationalization + assessing End-to-End planning for new product launches.
For the catalogue rationalization project, the associate will partner with US Planning, Brand Business Development (BBD), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Operations and Finance to improve the CPD catalogue lifecycle. The individual selected for this role will help develop and manage the lifecycle management process across all CPD categories and signatures. This will include the analysis of the complete CPD catalog and suggestion of seasonal deletes based on financial, operational and strategic inputs.
For the End-to-End launch assessment, the associate will partner with Brand Marketing, Brand Business Development (BBD), Ops Development, Demand Planning, Brand Supply Management (BSM), Global Brand Supply Chain (GBSC), Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Inventory Management and Business Planning (BP) to assess and help drive a recommendation for improved ways or working. The individual selected will be fully emerged on the launch cycle from conception, systems, stakeholders, roles & responsibilities and will be able to follow the process through launch dimensioning, go to market strategy and post PAD market performance. The goal is a synchronized end-to-end planning recommendation for all brands and categories withing CPD.
