Kiehl’s Store Manager

As a Store manager with us, you will be the leader of a team in one of our bustling stores where every day leads to a new opportunity.

We are looking for someone to lead one of our unique Kiehl’s boutiques. You will be expected to be a team player who understands the daily roles of your customer representatives. You will need to coach other members of your team and ensure that you are approachable to those that need your help. Your key responsibilities will lie in three areas: people, operations and retail.   • Coach and develop your team, providing regular performance-based feedback on team productivity, service levels and product knowledge, as well as, educating members about progression throughout the brand.
  • Ensure you are a present member of the team, spending time on the shop floor with your customer representatives and educating them about the brand’s products.
  • Deliver business rotas / daily planners to ensure the business is covered during key trading hours.
  • Closely monitor stock levels, raise and rectify stock issues and complete transfers.
  • Be responsible for ensuring you are aware of the health and safety requirements for your store.
  • Achieve store retail targets through the delivery of a personalised customer experience
  • Plan retail events and targets for your boutique. Creating business strategies with head office to benefit your store.
  • Offer creative ideas to generate new business and custom; with focus on product launches and anniversaries.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader, showing a passion for people and retail. You will be a strong communicator and have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding goals. You might be a Supervisor, Team Leader or an Assistant Store Manager looking to take your career to the next level.
