Responsibilities

-Create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business and organizational needs         

-Constantly diagnose individuals, teams and organizations’ development needs and promote learning culture

-Create, roll-out and evaluate high quality learning solutions that combine a variety of media/methodologies

-Manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers

-Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency

Requirements

-At least 4 ~ 6 years of relevant work/HR experience (preferred retail industry experiences)

-Experience in designing and implementing learning/people programs

-Passion for people, passion for new & different solutions

-Strong team player

-Fluent Korean and English language skills
