In order to drive the digital transformation of L’Oréal Switzerland’s operating model towards more consumer centricity, L’Oréal Switzerland has decided to create the strategic role of a Chief Marketing Officer. As a member of the Country Executive Board, directly reporting to the Country General Manager, you are the key change agent toward consumer centricity in the Country and will be responsible for:


-Drive the local implementation of the 20/50/100 strategy: develop the relevant framework, objectives and roadmap on the 3 pillars

-Strategize, streamline and optimize the omnimedia plan in partnership with Brands

-Support Brands in Content, Social and Influence strategy

-Drive the shift towards precision advertising supporting the Brands with campaign design, technologies and partners

-Manage KPIs collection and formalize with Brands the relevant action plans based on data

-Ensure platforms excellence (tagging, localization, consumer 360 view…) in partnership with digital IT

-Streamline digital partners ecosystem and support Brands with the optimized operating model (content, IMC campaigns…)

-Ensure fishing rules best implementation at local level both on data and content platforms

-Roll-out the international Upskilling plan in partnership with local HR team and global HR CDO team

-Facilitate Best Practice sharing and animate communities including marketing, general management, digital, communications and sales teams




-You have a minimum of a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field. You have at least 10 years of relevant digital marketing experience, ideally in-house in the FMCG / product driven environment, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Swiss market. 

- Proven people responsibilities of at least 5 years.

-You have a proven track record of operating successfully in a highly complex, matrixed, international organization, building bridges across functions and business units.

-You have strong change management capabilities, you are an influencer, facilitator, resilient and capable to upskill an organization.

-With strong entrepreneurial spirit, you balance your strategic capabilities and your hands on approach on delivery and P&L focus.

-You have high leadership capabilities and a track record in building high-caliber teams and acting as an ambassador for change within an organization.

-You have the ability in fostering deep collaborative relationships with agencies and peers.

-You are data driven and you have a strong area of expertise among Precision Marketing, Content or E-Commerce.

-You speak fluently English and French or German with a good level of the other language.
