1. Medical Field Activation/Operation

  • Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets. Act as guarantor for the image and policy of his/her brand(s) in his/her region.

  • Develop trustworthy relationships with society KOLs in the region, including the management of national wide influencing KOLs.

  • Drive sales department’s quantitative and qualitative goals for dedicated sales regions

  • Inform and alert management to significant initiatives in the field (from his/her team, from the competition and from distributors.)


2. Business Development

  • Be a trusting consultant/partner for target account in terms of implementing brand strategy.

  • Plan and execute account specific promotion closely working with Marketing team.

  • Drive full potential of existing potential door to increase productivity per door.

  • Conquer new right target door and contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers.

*Productivity and new door target will be given along with individual target number


3. Account Management (incl. Training)

  • Fully equipped with brand and product knowledge and be able to deliver presentation in professional manner

  • Train doctors and clinic staffs on products, selling skills, and patients satisfaction (training material development and modification according to clinic’s needs)

  • Create learning team culture in terms of clinical data, business development, and other relevant knowledge including skills to read clinical journal(data) and extract core message to deliver to customer and consumer.


4. Specific to the brand

  • Work with other function to determine potential partners for Advanced Clinical SPA

  • Present the flagship opportunity to selected physicians and gaining contracts

  • Create a unique business plan and sales goals for flagship partners 

  • Work with marketing team to arrange all aspects of the buildout and subsequent launch 


[Qualifications]

  • Education: University graduate

  • Years of experience: 4~5 years

  • Experience

: at least 3 years’ experience in the medical industry as a Sales rep or Business development specialist

: Premium medical device company/Aesthetic dermatology field (esp. Gangnam Area) experience is highly preferred

: Marketing and Training initiative is a plus 

  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English

  • Other Skills: Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
