Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts Supply Chain, this exciting role is responsible for building strong Customer relationships based on information sharing, risk mitigation and continuous improvement, to deliver great service and efficiencies across the end-to-end supply chain.
The role brings together a mix of management and hands-on operational tasks to ensure our customers have the best possible experience working with L’Oréal:
  • Work with senior and operational stakeholders to evolve our end to end customer supply chain with the evolving L’oreal and customer needs and opportunities.
  • Follow and communicate supply chain performance; Initiate and coordinate improvement projects (demand, working capital, physical distribution, sustainability, event planning, digital etc)
  • Animate regular supply chain collaboration meetings with Customers at appropriate levels from operational to senior alignment.
  • Coordinate forecast alignment on cruising products, promotions and launches between the sales team and the customer.
  • Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between L’Oréal and the customer.
  • Create, improve and champion data-driven, action-oriented reporting across our business.

Structured career pathway and extensive training provided

  • Great communication and relationship management skills are key for success in this role, in particular the ability to build relationships, clearly communicate, and influence for mutually beneficial outcomes across a large range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will be highly customer service and improvement oriented
  • 5+ years of relevant post-graduate experience, preferably with significant roles in multiple operational areas of Supply Chain (Supply, Demand, Customer Care, Data, Projects etc).
  • Previous experience working closely with customers and commercial teams will be advantageous as will a flexible, results oriented approach.

This role is based in L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division, however works across all our divisions including Active Cosmetics, Luxury Products, and Professional Products, to provide a single voice and approach to the customer.
L'Oréal Australia's Operations includes our Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Supply Chain teams. These teams work in partnership with our Divisions to ensure we continuously improve our supply chain and achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our clients.
