Reporting into the Head of Sales for SkinCeuticals, your key accountabilities will include driving commercial outcomes in the strategic aesthetic clinic channel. You will drive performance in the clinic channel through analytics, operational execution of the sales strategy, and by creating tools to support the sales and strategy teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background and passion for commercial strategy and data driven decision making. In this new role you will have the ability to find new ways to deliver value in a fast-growing aesthetic beauty industry, while having the resources of the world’s #1 beauty company L’Oreal.
  • Uncover new insights and opportunities for growth within the clinic channel and develop new programmes and tools to capitalise on the opportunity.
  • Manage the brands sales reporting needs, including promotional set ups and KPI tracking
  • Implement and track field sales team’s monthly focuses and activities. Tracking, analysing and optimising activities to achieve the sales target
  • Build quality selling tools, working closely with marketing & sales to ensure efficient and accurate in-market execution.
  • Work with the team coordinator to ensure the needs of the field team are met
  • Manage budget and ROI for specific Trade Marketing activities
  • Manage the forecast for the clinic channel for baseline sales and promotions, driving accuracy to ensure adequate product supply.

  • You have 3+ years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and functions simultaneously
  • You will be an excellent communicator to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven decision making
  • Problem solver who can think outside the box, with resilience to bound back from setbacks
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ideally you will have a strong trade marketing background ideally within the Retail or FMCG industry
