L’Oréal is hiring a Digital Assets & Project Manager for its Consumer Products Division.

Your Mission:

Develop brand’s image & online visibility in line with its DNA & objectives through innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience on different touchpoints: website, CRM and services programs.

Your Responsibilities:

Monitor and enhance the brand’s visibility online (SEO)

  • Performing ad-hoc SEO audits and analysis to validate the content plan and approach. Nourish marketing and digital stakeholders with relevant information and search trends
  • Act as an in-house content expert who can advise internal stakeholders in online content and SEO best practice
  • Watch for, identify and curate existing relevant content in line with the brand sense of purpose
  • Create compelling and engaging brand digital content which will attract viewers as well as amplification and interaction through social sharing
  • Monitor owned and competitor’s SEO performance and develop a yearly and monthly plan to improve

Website management, content creation and tool integration

  • Develop an important volume and diversity of website content and services in line with the global brand strategy and consumer insights to diffuse real time brand stories
  • Create, develop and manage content from briefing to go live for brand’s online presence and SEO visibility. Manage different stakeholders within the process from copywriters, to design agencies, website integrators… 
  • Manage a promotional and editorial calendar, and adopt a test and learn approach to homepage updates. Ensure measurement with identified KPIs
  • Use keyword research, website data, business priorities and industry topics to formulate a website content plan, in partnership with campaign owners, marketing and digital team
  • Ensure online-based information’s archiving for future needs and reference
  • Implementation and set-up of online services, augmented reality and other tools (for instance Bazaar Voice, Consumer1…)
  • Work together with international teams for website enhancements
  • Launch of new brand websites together with local and international agencies

Analytics & Tagging

  • Manage website statistics on a regular basis and create reports to share with stakeholders
  • Develop an adequate plan to improve website statistics
  • Manage tagging requirements together with local tagging agency

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Digital Agency
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing and SEO, as well as the needed linked technical skills
  • Power user of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager or other tagging software
  • Experience with SEO Tools like SEMRush, Search Metrics or other comparable sotware
  • Advanced knowledge of popular content management systems and basics of html
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to turn a brand DNA in to relevant online content
  • Project management skills
  • Consumer first mindset
