L’Oréal is hiring a Digital Campaign & Social Media Manager Garnier/Essie


Develop brand’s image in line with its DNA & objectives through innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience on all touch points: campaigns, social channels, content marketing and influencer’s activation.


Branded digital ecosystem

  • Plan and manage the brand online digital activity on all digital touchpoints, and manage a digital editorial calendar linked to social activation, digital campaigns and advocacy (ratings & reviews and influencers)
  • Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent online brand identity
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce manager and event manager to develop and distribute appropriate digital content
  • Launch and implement digital ad-hoc and always-on campaigns from briefing to reporting with different agencies (media agency, creative agency)…
  • Manage influencer relationships and set-up a brand influencer strategy, together with the event & content factory manager

Define and enhance the digital presence on owned channels and via advocacy

  • In accordance with the Brand’s image, select the best platforms for social media presence, i.e. Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, etc...
  • Create and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Social Media Marketing campaigns across social media platforms
  • In collaboration with Marketing, assist with the creation and presentation of Social Media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytical data
  • Together with the digital project manager & Content factory manager, develop the right online content to distribute on owned channels
  • Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders in close relationship with Social Community Manager

Enhance and monitor the brand’s visibility and monitor digital KPI’s

  • Set digital KPI’s on all different touchpoints and develop a plan for the brand to achieve its digital KPI’s
  • Coordinate with different digital team members and other stakeholders the achievements of the brands KPI’s
  • Monitor with relevant tools the brand online performance in digital campaigns (DoubleClick, Facebook business manager), social presence (Sprinklr), owned assets (Google Analytics) and via influencers (Traackr)


  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in Digital Agency
  • Strong brand sense of purpose
  • Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
  • Ability to embrace brand values and to transform the brand values in a digital ecosystem
  • Ability to create the full digital ecosystem for one brand in different subdomains – experience with the subdomains (digital campaigns, social always on, content marketing and influencers) is an asset
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, its objectives, buying models & KPI’s
  • Analytical skills
  • Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Manager
  • Relational skills & networking, in relations with marketing & other peers
  • Strong communicator
