Join L’Oréal as our Customer Intelligence Manager!

L’Oréal and its professional haircare division is currently looking for a key member of our market development team to manage our customer intelligence platforms and processes!

 

What is awaiting you on the position of a Customer Intelligence Manager?

You will become an wwner and main stakeholder of the division on all our data processes and platforms: SFA, Education database, salon locators/salon informations, product catalogue change and promotion setup process.

You will be welcome to propose the changes and drive of the full project of customer database and process management improvement projects:

    • From understanding context, identifying risks/gaps, development areas

    • Proposing changes and projects to start towards division management

    • Brief and tendering of agency (together with purchasing and IT)

    • Project management and agency challenging (with support from IT on technical details if needed)

    • Timeline and budget follow-up of projects

You will manage our customer intelligence team, 2 people direct reports (business analyst, sales/education administrator).

 

You will act as a “Subject Matter Expert” for customer and business intelligence topics related in continuous connection with the brands and internal stakeholders (marketing, education, controlling, customer service, IT, purchasing).

    • Coordinate and communicate to identify week points, challenges of our customer intelligence processes

    • Understand need gaps, demands form our internal users of our customer intelligence data

    • Align with the teams on new projects

    • Launch, educate on new systems, reports, and follow-up of performance, satisfaction

    • Propose new reports, new usages to help their everyday work.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 2-3 years of an experience in customer intelligence (customer databases, reporting systems, processes, system and process development) and project management

  • Professional  English knowledge

  • Knowledge of Czech, Slovak or Hungarian is a plus

  • Strong knowledge and usage of Excel is a must, Visual Basic is a plus

  • Understanding of relational databases is a must, Experience with SAP advantage, SQL knowledge is an advantage

  • Ideally coming from a complex customer management environment

  • Organized, punctual but has a vision and able to drive the teams to achieve changes

  • Strong in communication and reasoning
