YOU WILL:

·        Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for our Digital Director (Managing his calendar; arranging travel plans)

·        Organize digital events, trainings and workshops

·        Prepare basic reports about media campaigns and other ad hoc reports

·        Manage HR Invoices and internal system for orders (creating invoice number and new vendors)

·        Coordinate translations of HR news or policies or translate short simple texts

·        Prepare monthly reports regarding organizational structure 

·        Support HR team with other ad-hod administrative tasks – ordering office supplies, company products, job posting, ect.

YOU ARE:

·        Czech or Slovak native speaker

·        Enjoy administrative tasks and projects

·        Speak fluent English

·        Possess very good PC skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint)

·        Highly motivated and open to the international environment

·        Is reliable and open minded

·        Are available to work 32h/week
