Digital Media AND Content Manager DCA

Identifying and maximising business development opportunities.“

We are responsible for brands such as Vichy, La Roche-Posay or  Cerave.



WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR: 

Experience from digital media environment

Strategic mindset with business input

Understanding of KPIs 

Experience from corporate environment is beneficial

In depth knowledge of web performance analytical tools (google              analytics)

Fluent in English and Czech

Digital visionary with business attitude and clear brand awareness


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

·        Ensure to place consumer insights at the heart of our marketing & business Model

·        Drive the transformation of digitalization at L'Oréal with marketing/medical strategy, drive the change

·        Implement the proper KPIs, coordinate the appropriate deployment: educate, pilot, measure, share best practices…

·        Ensure an outlook among competition & other industries: trends, intelligence, experimentation

·        Strategize consumer touch points approach and digital strategy. Build strategy & investments, ensure media efficiency and ROI, track results, and make actionable recommendations.

·        Customer data and service management: knowledge and data management, deploy a targeted contact & service strategy, appropriate campaigns and tracking

·        Help the Information systems and technology enablement processes: appropriate technologies, platforms, tools….

·        Develop creative, qualitative and appropriate content & features/ functionalities to support the brand’s or project’s ambition.

·        Support projects/products campaigns with marketing, build the sense of purpose, with relevant specific actions: websites, social, CRM…

·        Consolidate audience feedbacks /demands to nourish product/service/brand experience development

·        Manage the proper external agencies and partners (challenging digital/media agency, budget followup…
