L’Oréal CZ/HU/SK with its regional HQ in Prague is a fast-growing company with a strong position on the beauty market in all these countries.

Become a key person for our sales and education teams in Professional Products Division.
As a key user of our systems you will be handling sales and education system administration and reporting.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Daily support and helpdesk towards sales and education teams in CZ/SK for questions related to our sales and education support systems (SFA, education registration application, SAP)
- Training of newcomers on the use of the systems and if needed due to new features/changes.
- Process administration and follow-up of new client creation and client data modifications (from request by sales team through validation to execution by data management team)
- Setting up new product launches, promotions and sales action in the system
- Creation of data exports and monthly reports/queries/overviews from the above systems
- Ad-hoc reporting and queries to support decision making
- Analysis in Excel using the above data

Needed skillset:

- Confident knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas), will be tested on the interview
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solver attitude
- Communicational knowledge of English is needed
- Working knowledge of Czech or Slovak is needed
- Knowledge of Hungarian is a big advantage
- Organized, process oriented mindset
- Good communication skills, able to explain processes in an easy understandable way and cooperate with different deparments
- Team worker
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of basic VBA, understanding scripts is an advantage
