As a Plant Hygiene Manager at L'Oréal 10th of Ramadan Plant, you'll play a vital role in upholding our unwavering commitment to quality and safety. Reporting to the Plant's Quality Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring our Plant meets the highest standards of hygiene. You will collaborate with teams across the plant, contributing your expertise to continuous improvement projects and driving impactful change. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your scientific knowledge with practical problem-solving, making a tangible difference in the beauty industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Auditing and Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for hygiene standards.

Microbiological Issue Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve out-of-specification microbiological issues.

Cleaning and Sanitization Program Development: Develop, maintain, and validate the site's Cleaning and Sanitization Master Plan, including work instructions for production equipment.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at reducing water and chemical usage, enhancing sustainability, and optimizing cleaning processes.

Validation and Monitoring: Execute validations of cleaning and sanitization work instructions, conduct environmental monitoring, and provide trending reports. Investigate and implement corrective actions for out-of-trend results.
