A Day in the Life

As a Supply Chain Intern specializing in MSC Life Cycle Project Management at our Cairo plant, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in managing the entire lifecycle of materials and products within our supply chain. You will be involved in various aspects of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to L'Oréal's growth by optimizing our supply chain processes.

• Project Support: You will assist in managing projects related to the lifecycle of materials and products, from initial sourcing to final delivery. This will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: You will utilize data analysis skills to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and prepare reports to communicate project status and progress to management.
• Problem Solving: You will proactively identify and resolve challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring projects stay on track.
• SAP Utilization: You will leverage your SAP acumen to manage data, track progress, and generate reports within the system.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with SAP is essential. They are also adept at stakeholder management and preparing concise reports.

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from various departments and teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and updates.
• Reporting: Proficiency in preparing clear, concise, and accurate reports to communicate project status and progress.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve challenges that arise during project execution.
• SAP Acumen: Familiarity with SAP software and its application in supply chain management.
