Responsibilities and main missions: the PMO is a key position to manage the Infrastructure Roadmap, ensure the application of IT EMEA Strategy & Governance and monitor Infrastructure budget.  

  • Management of Infrastructure Portfolio

  • Coordination & Alignment of Infrastructure Roadmap in collaboration with Infrastructure Domain Managers at a Group, Zone & Local levels through the organization of regular committees.

  • Consolidation & update Contractors capacity planning  

  • Coordination with our IT EMEA Partners: organization of quarterly roadmap committee with functional teams (Business Solutions & Local teams) to identify business projects and assess infrastructure related impacts.  


  • Monitoring of  budget in strong collaboration with IT Controlling teams :

  • Build & follow-up all financial milestones: Strategic Plan, Pre-Budget, Budget, Trend  – scope: full Infrastructure budget / OpEx & CapEx / all types of expenses

  • Monitoring & consolidation of budget consumption (Purchase Orders follow up with each Domain Manager)

  • Support in the preparation & update of budget recharge to countries 

  • Challenge local countries infrastructure budgets


  • Support in IT Group & IT EMEA Portfolio Governance

  • Help in preparation of Mandatory Committees occurring at a Group & EMEA levels (Priorization Committees, Governance Meeting, Project Review meeting, Infrastructure & hub portfolio committees, Management Committees)

  • Help in preparation of associated documents (Scorecard preparation,  Appropriation Request, One pager) - in collaboration with Program Directors for Project Review Meeting

  • Communication and alignment of Infrastructure teams on the Group IT &  Calendar and Processes


  • Deployment of Methodology, Process & Tools support :

  • Adoption within the team  of Service Now modules: Portfolio, Timesheet, Enhancement, Demand – in collaboration with IT EMEA CIO Office teams

  • Responsible of related processes (Demand to Project; Demand to Enhancement; Management of business  projects from Infra perspective)

  • Management & updated of infrastructure contractors capacity planning (T&M) to monitor with efficiency the steering of our external resources

  • Guiding and supporting infrastructure teams (external & internal) on project management methodology (PM4IT)


  • Assist IT EMEA CTO in challenging activities

  • Team action plan follow–up (Pulse)

  • Help in the organization of Events (seminar, breakfast)

  • Preparation and animation of recurrent committees



We are looking for a Project Manager with 5/7 years of proven experience in Portfolio, Program and/or Project Management.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of processes, methodology (ServiceNow) and tools related to Project Management
  • Experience in IT environment with a preference in Infrastructure
  • Microsoft Office 365: Office Suite, Teams
  • Reporting tools (Power BI)

  • Master Degree in Information Management or equivalent
