Our research budget reached €794 million in 2015, which represents 3.1% of turnover.

In the last 10 years, our Research budget has increased more rapidly than the Group's sales.

More than 490 patents were registered in 2015. Our workforce consists of 3800 employees, representing about sixty nationalities and thirty different scientific backgrounds (chemistry, physics, biology, dermatology, optics, rheology, IT, statistics, analysis, etc.)


MISSION

  • Define & monitor project list and associated budget – in connection with CPL to ensure  consistency between local and inter strategies.
    • Define priority projects list with Métier and Applied or Advanced Research
    • Share priority projects list with head of  hub and  local heads of filiere  and CPLs
    • Budget follow up  in collaboration with labs  according to priorities and capacities

  • Define & lead Evaluation plan at local and international level (for local innovation projects )
    • Define project brief, objectives , consumer target & criteria (pyramids)
    • Design evaluation plan with HUB and expertise filières
    • Help head of HUB to anticipate the workload of PPE operational team  - based on priority list

  • Summarize project results in its totality 
    • Design project synthesis and identify performance levers – consolidating learnings from all filières
    • Projects submission and preparation to Visa Committee POP and POS – with connection with international head of filière if needed
    • Slides preparation for key CRI meetings / Pipe
    • Present project results in major meetings
    • Be part of PPE voice for our business partners

  • Regular reporting  with CPLs
    • Regular meetings with CPL
    • Before Visa committee
    • Before big meetings (Pipe, PAP, CRI visits , Asian task force …)

PROFIL

·     Niveau BAC+5 université, école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, spécialisé dans les études consommateurs, complété d’une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans

·     Expérience en institut d’études sur des problématiques de tests produits, idéalement dans un univers Recherche& Innovation ou dans un Sensory & Consumer (études consommateurs et analyse sensorielle) chez un fabriquant en France et à l’étranger. Une expérience en études consommateurs marketing serait un plus dans l’accompagnement des laboratoires

·     Vous êtes curieux, inventif, avez un bon relationnel et du leadership
