You will:

Give guidance and support key stakeholders on reward policies and practices for L’Oréal France.

Review and analyze the external market to ensure the consistency of our packages & policies (through market surveys & watch).

Prepare market pricing analysis of business units / divisions as needed.

Ensure compensation data is accurately reflected in all systems.

Participate effectively in Job Mapping activities in order to ensure fairness & consistency for our scope.

Be a key player for the 2018 France Global Rewards Projects.

Contribute to set up the HR Analytics community (metrics & dashboards selection).
