Key job accountabilities:

To implement and track Trade Marketing programs for retailers in cooperation with commercial and marketing teams, designed to increase sales and brand/category presence.

  • Support commercial planning by providing clear promotional guidelines based on consumer understanding and market knowledge

  • Develop and recommend actionable in-store solutions, reinforce brand image and brand visibility in stores

  • Close cooperation with marketing and sales departments (internally) and with key customers (externally);
  • Evaluate the promotions (sell out/SOM impact) and manage budget and ROI for Trade Marketing activities

  • Competition activities monitoring, market analyses;
  • Managing of production and distribution of POS materials;
  • Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities


Required Competencies:

  • Previous experience in Retail/Trade/Shopper/Product Marketing or similar position (2-3 years) 

  • Independent, dynamic personality with potential for further development

  • Very strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial approach with results orientation

  • Health & Beauty products sensitivity

  • University degree

  • Fluent English and Hungarian
