Establish an expertise in the field of micro-Transdermal Interface Platforms and/or implantable delivery systems with technolgies in the field of Pharmako-kinetics, latest microelectronics based delivery systems etc.

Develop product from concept to prototypes with Proof of concept, where internal & external collaborations will be required to assess the performance and safety from in vitro to in vivo studies.

  Here are missions in more details.

  • Extend network of experts in the field of Microelectronics, flexible/wearable elctronics.
  • Connect with people from Support functions to address consumer evaluations & analytical methods permeation, actives delivery techniques & associated analytical methods.
  • Search and proceed with patent review and proceed with patent application related to projects
  • Compile technical and scientific documentation to become knowledgeable expert in the field.


  • Strong background in in vitro permeation, actives delivery techniques & associated analytical methods
  • Familiar with latest transdermal delivery technologies without/with energy activation/assisted systems. Well aware of device/prototype specifications & performance/characterization
  • Extensive network of experts in this area, as evident from presentations in seminar/meetings etc.
  • Strong experience in prototyping delivery systems composed of microneedles coupled with physical energies such as micro currents, heat etc.



  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial bent of mind.
  • Project leadership in a transversal and international organization
  • Result-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with prototype design & proof of concept process
  • Communication skills: very comfortable with clear & structured speech, fluent in English writing skills.


·         PhD/Masters/BS in Bio-Medical Engg./Bio-Electronics/ Micro Electromechanical systems (MEMS)- applied to human body. With 2+ year industrial experience a plus
