To define and create the countries’ retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines.

  • Build new concept and development for flagship store’

  • Adapt brand retail design & merchandising image at the point of sales (POS) for category assigned

  • Develop consistency in counter versions in the trade

  • Development and coordination of key design projects and new tools for different types of distribution

  • Quarterly update on permanent merchandising database

  • Quotation, PR, and PO coordination

  • Permanent merchandising components (stocks) aligning at Warehouse for replenishment purposes  

  • ROI Analysis of Capex investment

  • Permanent merchandising maintenance details and cost evaluation

  • Planogram creation, submission, and execution for new/refit wall units specifications

  • Permanent merchandising fabrication planning, process, and coordination
