As the E-BA (Beauty Advisor), you will lead Quality Consumer Engagement to drive consumer satisfaction and seller rating by meeting the best practices & Brand / Product knowledge (including NPD & Key Promos / Campaigns). You will drive the sales through proactive brand engagement with consumers to drive repeat, trial and link selling for existing brand consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

       Meet quality consumer engagement following the SOPs and Seller Centre

       Manage day to day operations in best practices

       Equip with brand / product knowledge and maintains knowledge standards

       Learn on the upcoming new product launches and key promotions & campaigns

       Monitors consumer engagement each day in Live Chat & drives a continuous improvement feedback culture

Required Skills / Competencies / Experience:

       3 to 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor

       Passionate about beauty & our brands

       Passionate about consumer satisfaction

       Comfortable with technology
